CMA Guest Commentary: Stop the EPA’s carbon power grab, Colorado

In a guest column appearing in the Sunday, July 19th edition of the Denver Post, CMA took aim at the EPA’s carbon rules, urging the states to file suit over the final regulations and block implementation of an illegal regulatory scheme that will cost energy consumers up to one-half trillion dollars.   “Staying the rules will remove the EPA straitjacket, and avoid saddling Coloradans with higher rates, shuttered plants and a shattered economy.”
