Metals Mining in the Americas – Joshua Olmstead, Senior Vice President, Freeport-McMoRan, the world’s second largest producer of copper, will outline the company’s plans for major expansions at its Morenci and Cerro Verde projects in Arizona and Peru.    Climax Molybdenum has also completed the construction of a $200 million water treatment facility at its Climax Mine in Colorado.

Sodium Bicarbonate Production in Colorado – Rob Scargill, Regional Director, North America, ENIRGI Group, will provide insights into the company’s plans to DOUBLE PRODUCTION at its nahcolite mine in North America, the only known, significant source of this mineral in North America.
