Colorado Water Congress Summer Conference Program Update

A link to the revised program is below for the 2012 Summer Conference to be held August 14 through 17 in Steamboat Springs. The first public meeting of the Interim Water Resources Committee will be on the afternoon of August 14 (preliminary agenda below). Please note that the start time has been pushed back to 1:00 and the draft agenda is subject to change.
Both Congressmen Gardner and Tipton have confirmed that they will attend the conference on Wednesday afternoon.
Session IV has been reworked and will now feature an indepth discussion by Drew Peternell and David Hallford on recent Colorado Supreme Court rulings and their effect on long-term water supply planning. This should be of great interest to the entire water community.
We have decided to drop the public forum on Wednesday evening and so you will have that time free. The main conference program shows confirmed speakers (we will be adding a couple more).
