Individual Membership Options

General Dues $100.00 USD Over 65 Dues $60.00 USD General Dues + $30 contribution to Small Donor Committee (Must use personal credit card) $130.00 USD Over 65 Dues + $30 contribution to CMA Small Donor Committee (Must use personal card) $90.00 USD General Dues+ $20 contribution to CMA Edu. Foundation $120.00 USD Over 65 Dues + $20 contribution to CMA Edu. Foundation $80.00 USD

You can also use the Donate button below to pay your dues and specify your own amount to contribute. 

Your total should include your dues (either $100 or $60) plus whatever amount you wish to contribute to the CMA Education Foundation and/or CMA Small Donor Committee. (Small Donor Committee contribution cannot exceed $30 and must be paid with a personal card.  Corporate contributions are illegal.) Please include a breakdown of your payment in the notes section so that we know how to designate your payment.
