The Manager CBAM Programs North America is responsible for leading Dingo North American Project Managers based in remote locations and is responsible for managing all CBAM projects. Responsibilities include delivery of projects safely, on schedule, under budget, with high quality deliverables and cost savings; all while facilitating a positive experience for the client. The incumbent will create, implement and monitor CBAM systems, processes and standards. Additionally, this individual will travel to project sites to ensure accurate and timely follow up, provide program coordination and customer support and support sales initiatives. The Manager CBAM Programs North America is responsible for leading Dingo North American Project Managers based in remote locations and is responsible for managing all CBAM projects. Responsibilities include delivery of projects safely, on schedule, under budget, with high quality deliverables and cost savings; all while facilitating a positive experience for the client. The incumbent will create, implement and monitor CBAM systems, processes and standards. Additionally, this individual will travel to project sites to ensure accurate and timely follow up, provide program coordination and customer support and support sales initiatives. Responsibilities: - SAFETY – Ensure that the Dingo project team and self are in compliance with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations, statutory obligations and client specific standards at all time. Incur no MSHA recordable incidents for the staff.
- FINANCIAL – Recognize direct and indirect financial benefits of Dingo programs and achieve the most financial benefit for the client. Cost savings achieved for clients will exceed targeted amounts.
- PLANNING/SCHEDULING – Lead Project Managers with developing and implementing project schedules with deliverables and ensure satisfactory communication of the schedule to the client. Schedule work tasks and resources to complete a project well within budget and committed time frame for the customer.
- BUDGETING – Ensure that all projects, to included sustainment programs, are implemented within the projected Dingo costs.
- STAFF MANAGEMENT - Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects. Hire and retain at least 75% A (Top-Tier) Player. Achieve a net promoter score (employee satisfaction) score of greater than 75%. Responsible to help grow the Project Manager resources of the firm by identifying and recruiting top-tier candidates and once hired through coaching, mentoring and development.
- CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE – Work closely with Dingo clients assisting them with change management and adopting innovative Dingo projects and processes. Achieve a client experience rating (Net Promoter Score) of at least 75%.
- CHANGE MANAGEMENT – Achieve a 4.0 star audit (1 to 5 star score) at the end of a client implementation Dingo program.
- REMOTE MANAGEMENT – Develop a Project Management team of remote A (Top-Tier) players that is managed remotely, that is scalable and is repeatable in various locations.
Expertise Required: - Strong Project Management and Staff leadership skills with a successful track record managing multiple project managers and projects in remote locations. A leader who welcomes change and can build a positive workforce.
- Background in maintenance systems and processes.
- Effective communication (verbal/written) skills, coupled with information management abilities which is effective both to internal (Dingo) and external (Client) audiences.
- Effective human relation skills (influence, direct, motivate, evaluate), team building techniques and leadership abilities both internally and externally.
- Effective organizational, prioritizing and time management skills (demonstrate ability to multi task)
Requirements: - 7+ years of management experience related to Project Management within an industrial maintenance environment, 3 of which as a contractor providing a service/product to a client.
- Must have at least 3 years experience managing a multi-site organization.
- Experience working in a heavy industry equipment environment. Working with surface mining equipment is preferred.
- A sound pattern of using facts and data to solve problems and make difficult decisions.
- Related Undergraduate Degree preferred – Mechanical Engineering Degree is a plus.
- PMP or other Project Management Certification is a plus.

Senior Piping Drafters / Designers

Lyntek, Inc. has an immediate need for a Senior Piping Designer to produce and edit new and existing 3D drafting projects. Qualified candidates will have good working knowledge of 3D modeling software applications including AutoCAD. In addition, the Piping Designer must have a minimum of three to five years of experience in multiple software applications, piping design experience, have very good communication skills, and be a team player to meet company deadlines. Lyntek, Inc. has an immediate need for a Project Managers and Engineers to work on industrial projects, and be responsible for project management and engineering for various projects located throughout the world. Experience with mineral processing plants, equipment, concrete, steel, electrical systems, control systems and construction, are desirable. Ability to conduct and direct engineering activities as well as site construction managers is required. Lyntek specializes in precious metals, base metals, uranium, industrial minerals, specialty metals, and mine-related AMD water reclamation. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, EIT or PE preferred, with a minimum of 8 - 10 years experience in an A/E environment for the engineering and design of structural systems in heavy industrial settings. Working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus, an aptitude for 3D spatial relationships, and project management experience is highly desirable. Description Mining processing engineering, consulting, design and construction company based in Denver, Colorado is seeking experienced plant construction engineers to manage construction of mineral processing plants in the U.S. and overseas. Previous experience in plant construction, especially in the mineral mining processing industry, is required. Responsibilities As a site construction engineer, you will demonstrate leadership and will be responsible for the total management of all disciplines. Job duties include: - Overall supervision of all phases of the project, including but not limited to, building erection, mechanical, piping and steel platform installation, erection of tanks and electrical installation
- Coordination, planning, scheduling and control of all work and contract manpower
- Interpreting construction and erection drawings and ensuring erection/installation is performed as specified in the drawings
- Serve as a central liaison/contact person for coordinating work with other companies associated with the project
- Responsible for timely completion of the overall project within budget
- Responsible for all safety and housekeeping as related to work at job site
- Inspection, testing and quality control of all contractor work
Requirements - Proven track record of 6 to 8 years experience in plant construction;
- Construction management degree a plus;
- Supervisory experience of minimum (6 to 8) years in plant installation work at remote sites;
- Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Basic Internet skills;
- Knowledge of project management software programs;
- Excellent communication skills; and
- Spanish language skills will be a plus.
